Faculty – Behavioural Intervention

Location: Annapolis Valley Campus, Middleton, Nova Scotia

Term: Full‑time position commencing approximately August 24, 2026 and ending approximately June 22, 2027

Qualifications and Occupational Experience

• Undergraduate degree or diploma with an extensive psychology focus or advanced education in psychology or behavioural interventions
• Minimum of five full‑time equivalent years of recent occupational experience in behavioural assessment and management
• Board Certified Behavioural Analyst
• Experience delivering person‑directed interventions grounded in behavioural science, including collaborative, neurodiversity‑affirming support across ages and populations
• Developed and implemented positive behaviour supports using multi‑tier service models
• Applied standardized assessment protocols to guide skill development
