What You'll Do

• Provide functional leadership to Learning Commons Assistants/TCAs across campuses.
• Develop and maintain procedures in collaboration with the Manager.
• Liaise with external testing partners for delivery and support of testing (including CAEC).
• Support technology needs of testing services with other College departments.
• Design and deliver training for LCA/TCAs.
• Maintain and analyze testing centre usage statistics for evidence‑based decision making.
