Essential Qualifications
- A current certificate of competence as an RN in Ontario.
- BScN preferred.
- Certified in the initiation of intravenous lines by venipuncture, care of central venous access devices, and administration of IV narcotics below the drip chamber.
- Certified in Basic Life Support.
- Current acute medicine experience.
- Palliative Care Level I and Level II preferred.
- Gerontological diploma preferred.
- Member of RNAO preferred.
- Satisfactory attendance.
