Position Overview
This is public education, promotional and community relations work will involve facilitating, coordinating, planning and organizing FireSmart related activities to promote fire safety awareness within the City of Maple Ridge. The FireSmart coordinator will provide recommendations to homeowners; conduct research and site visits with a Firefighter and community outreach and facilitate FireSmart 101 sessions throughout the City; and prepare related correspondence and reports.
