Salary: NSCC Faculty salary scale ranges from $78,771.88 to $104,267.58. New Faculty may receive up to five steps for relevant occupational experience and an additional four steps for full‑time equivalent years of instructional experience, for a maximum of nine steps or $97,388.02.
