24/7 Switchboard Operator – Telephony & Pager Support

NHS Scotland is hiring a Telephonist for the NHS Fife Switchboard at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. The role involves handling calls on a computerised Switchboard, responding to queries, pager requests and emergencies, and monitoring alarms. You must be flexible to work across all shifts in a 24/7 service.

Full training will be provided; knowledge of NHS Fife is advantageous. Excellent communication and keyboard skills, plus strong organisation and initiative, are required.
