• Ensure 24/7 availability of the network
• Assist in incident response
• Collaborate with engineering teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of TCP/IP troubleshooting experience
• Strong communication skills
• CCNP certification (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Radware products (advantageous)
