24/7 Cloud Ops & NOC Engineer – GPU/AI Platform

Bitdeer is seeking a Cloud Operations & Support Engineer in Singapore to handle customer tickets, monitor platform health, and troubleshoot GPU-driven workloads. You will triage, resolve issues across GPUs, containers, VMs, and storage, and escalate incidents through a structured chain.

The role includes 7x24 shift coverage across regions and improving runbooks and knowledge bases. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in cloud support or NOC, strong Linux/networking skills, and good written English.
