24/7 Autonomous Delivery Operations Controller

CargoX is seeking an Operations Centre Controller to monitor and support the live autonomous delivery fleet from the UAE Operations Centre. This hands‑on role requires staying calm under pressure, following SOPs, and coordinating dispatch and field teams to ensure continuous delivery across active zones.

You will work in a shift‑based environment with 24/7 coverage, track status and incidents, and contribute to daily updates and incident logs while supporting SOP improvements.
