The Hunter Douglas Global Management Trainee Program is a 10‐month Leadership Development program designed to nurture future leaders. The program blends classroom learning, hands‐on project work, field rotations, and coaching to provide a holistic view of the business.

What you'll do

Complete a two‐week induction at the Global HQ covering company strategy, culture, products, sales channels, and problem‐solving concepts. Participate in a four‐to‐five‐month field training that rotates through key value‐chain areas such as Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product Innovation, and Customer Growth. Undergo one‐to‐two‐weeks of leadership and methodology training to build a systems‐thinking approach and prepare for your first project. Attend a one‐week graduation session with feedback, development opportunities, and preparation for initial position allocation. Be placed in a first‐position role in areas such as Engineering and Operations.
