The Hunter Douglas Global Management Trainee Program is a 10‑month Leadership Development program designed to nurture future leaders. The program blends classroom learning, hands‑on project work, field rotations, and coaching to provide a holistic view of the business.

• Complete a two‑week induction at the Global HQ covering company strategy, culture, products, sales channels, and problem‑solving concepts.
• Participate in a four‑to‑five‑month field training that rotates through key value‑chain areas such as Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product Innovation, and Customer Growth.
• Undergo one‑to‑two‑weeks of leadership and methodology training to build a systems‑thinking approach and prepare for your first project.
• Attend a one‑week graduation session with feedback, development opportunities, and preparation for initial position allocation.
• Be placed in a first‑position role in areas such as Engineering and Operations.
