Overview

180 Recruitment Resourcer. A specialist recruitment business is looking for experienced 180 Recruiters / Resourcers to support the delivery of high-quality recruitment assignments. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, headhunting, and engaging candidates while supporting the wider recruitment team with shortlist generation and delivery.

• Monday to Friday
• 09:30 AM – 7:00 PM (UK Hours)

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments to deliver high quality candidates on a consistent basis that meets defined recruitment briefs.
• Sell opportunities to candidates through phone based conversations, overcoming objections to ensure that a sufficient quantity of high quality candidates is delivered for each assignment.
