Our Platform Engineering team builds and runs the backend powering room scanning, 3D assets, search, identity, AI pipelines, cloud auto‑scaling, and DevOps infrastructure. We’re looking for a Staff Backend Engineer who wants to help shape what comes next.

How You’ll Contribute

• Be a hands‑on backend/API developer, leading the design and development of IKEA Kreativ’s platform and systems integrations end‑to‑end in collaboration with Geomagical Labs teams based in California and Amsterdam.
• Improve features, scalability, and reliability of the IKEA Kreativ platform by driving technical and process improvements.
• Own the scoping, design, and delivery of new API features and subsystems, working independently with minimal direction.
