Responsibilities
- Install and support Netradyne Driveri 12V vehicle safety systems
- Train customers and partners on installation best practices
- Provide project and implementation management for mid-market and enterprise deployments
- Coordinate installation planning, troubleshooting, and escalation
- Support 3rd-party installation providers and maintain technical documentation
- Travel to customer sites frequently
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of 12V and 24V vehicle systems
- Experience with vehicle-mounted cameras, monitors, and sensors
- Strong wiring and installation knowledge
- Troubleshooting and alternative installation management skills
- Knowledge of vehicle telematics: RP12226, J1939, OBDII
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time
- Bachelor's degree preferred
