12-Month On-Site Engineering In-Service Training

PowerToFly is seeking talented students for a 12-month program within our Service, Engineering, and Reliability functions in Johannesburg, South Africa. This program aims to develop trainees from foundational learning to practical competence in maintenance environments.

Participants will gain exposure to workshop and field service environments, and hands-on experience in mechanical systems, enhanced by formal training, mentorship, and assessments.
