Implement Jira automation rules to streamline processes. Provide end-user support and training.<br /> <br /> Experience with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments is beneficial. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Knowledge of Groovy scripting and ScriptRunner is advantageous. Atlassian certifications are preferred. Experience with migration projects between Jira environments is a good addition.Strong experience in Jira Administration and Jira Service Management is essential.
