Required Qualifications

• Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate or the ability to obtain a Manitoba Teaching Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of best practices in curriculum, instruction and assessment
• Middle Years education experience an asset
• Knowledge of Indigenous Perspectives
• Excellent organizational and classroom management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with co‑workers, students, parents and outside agencies, as demonstrated through written and verbal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
