1-Year Digital & Data Graduate Programme – Rotations & Training

CIMB is offering an Entry Level Programme (ELP) focused on Digital & Data for fresh graduates. This one-year programme includes intensive classroom training and rotational assignments to prepare participants for impactful roles in the digital and data sectors.

The ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates in relevant fields such as Information Technology or Data Analytics, with a CGPA of 3.25 or higher.

The next intake begins in October 2026.
