First‑level manager responsible for directing semi‑skilled and entry‑level professional employees performing diverse and specialized roles across more than one function or work group. Establishes annual plans, interprets policies, and oversees budgets, schedules, and compliance. Provides hiring/firing decisions, performance reviews, and coaching, while building internal and external relationships and ensuring effective problem solving.
