Develops, and implements new systems and processes to support SCM business requirements.
Leads or participates in the implementation of ERP / decision support systems and solutions.
Designs and documents specifications for new systems, system enhancements or interfaces.
Works with IT to develop and implement programs.
Provides system, process, and training support for new acquisitions in areas of database development, e-commerce, warehouse integration and new logistics processes.
Maintains processes that ensure the accuracy of ERP systems.
Conducts training on processes and procedures that affect data integrity.
